My experiences with ACT have always been outstanding. They are the utmost in professional service and I have recommended them to friends and family. Our furnace quit last night. I called at 8am and and Penny sounded very concerned that our heat was out. She said she would have someone out as soon as possible. Trevor was here at 9am. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had a blower motor here and installed within an hour and a half! In the middle of the worst cold snap in years, they must be overflowing with service calls and yet they made me feel as if I were their only customer.Service: Heating system repair

Act heating and cooling was such an amazing company to work with. Drew was so helpful and kind with the elderly couple we had him work with. The way he showed not only care for getting their heat back on but the extra mile he went for them shows not only the outstanding character of the company but Drew himself. We can’t thank Act Heating and Cooling enough for their help and the compassion they and drew showed towards a couple in need. Our AC went out on of course the hottest day yet. I phoned ACT they got a tech, Trevor, over that afternoon. He was amazing! Very professional as well as courteous he found the problem explained it to me as well as gave me the cost. Did the repair and even cleaned our out door AC unit so that it ran as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend ACT for any of your AC or heating needs!!!Service: AC repair
