For starters, I had a hard time finding the place. I was under the impression that I would be coming to a hair salon due to the pictures but it is actually in the back of a barbershop. In order to get to the salon area you have to walk through a crowd of men. False advertisement as it looks nothing like the pictures. The place is very unsanitary and needs work. Came for a 4pm appointment and ended up not leaving the shop until midnight. If you make an appointment, make sure to come hours early or else you will not be leaving until the next day. The washer could not find any of the product to wash my hair, she had to dig through tubs of old shampoo and conditioner bottles...read full review
