Our air broke on a Thursday, and they couldn't come out for five days. After coming out, it took them over 48 hours to report the problem to the warranty company. We tried to schedule the new appointment for them to actually fix the problem and they said we had to wait. Technician was nice, customer service is lacking.
We called RE Boggs at 5am Saturday morning when we woke up to 59 degrees inside our house and an old gas furnace with no pilot light. They quickly connected us with a technician, who tried (and succeeded) in saving us the weekend charges by talking us through how to re-light the pilot. AND the technician called back a little later to make sure we were OK. How thoughtful! We'll call them again!
