Greenwich 24/7 fitness is, without doubt, the best gym experience I have ever had and if it wasn't for the fact I am moving, I would happily continue to be a member. Kenny, the owner, is a top shelf manager and is always available to assist with anything. The membership is month to month and there are no predatory practices! I highly recommend Greenwich 24/7 fitness to anyone interested in getting back in shape!
I have been going to this gym for 20 years and it has been consistently well run and good value. The owners are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a low key gym with everything you need this is a really great spot.
